MCBAIN - Onekama won their first district crown since 2018 this year, and opened up regionals with a game against Whittemore-Prescott.
The Cardinals, on the other hand, won their district despite entering the postseason with a 3-15 record.
Onekama would move on with ease, winning 60-36 and advancing to the regional finals against undefeated Traverse City Christian. That game will be on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at McBain Northern Michigan Christian School.
