TRAVERSE CITY — One person has died after a pedestrian accident at Cherry Capital Airport, according to a spokesperson for TVC. The identity of the person who died has not been released, pending the investigation and out of respect for those involved.
The accident happened Friday afternoon on airport property. This update was shared late Friday night.
CEO Kevin Klein gave assurance that emergency personnel came to the scene quickly.

We are told airport personnel are working with local law enforcement and Metropolis, the company the airport contracts for shuttle and parking services, as the investigation moves forward
