WEXFORD COUNTY — Two suspects charged in the homicide of Rebecca Park will appear at upcoming show cause hearings in late January.
Per Wexford County 84th District Court records, Cortney and Bradly Bartholomew have scheduled probable cause hearings set for 10 a.m. Jan. 30.
The two are charged in connection with the homicide of Rebecca Park. Charges include homicide, torture and conspiracy — among others.
The couple are seeking to have their case dismissed, alleging evidence is being withheld by the Michigan Attorney General’s Office.
The judge denied bond and scheduled a show cause hearing for Jan. 30 to address defense concerns.
The courtroom was filled during a Jan . 13 hearing with those seeking justice for Park, found dead in the Manistee National Forest in November.
The prosecutor is advocating for the case to proceed and for the defendants to remain held without bond.
