2025 Vacation Guide: Riverside Canoes

If you are looking to head out on the water, Riverside Canoes in Honor has options for you to get launched onto the Platte River.

You can choose to paddle board, kayak or canoe, but if you are looking for a relaxing afternoon, you can rent an innertube.

When you land onshore, it takes you to the views of the National Sleeping Bear Dunes Lakeshore.

If you forget anything, the Riverside Canoes Gift Shop has everything from sunscreens to snacks. You can also pick up a souvenir t-shirt or mug.

If you are feeling hungry, you can grab a meal at the grill. They have burgers, chicken tenders, fries, ice cream and more.
