For this week’s Adorable Adoptable we meet a bonded pair of brothers, Simon and Garfunkel (also known affectionately as Funk). These two special boys are two years old and are good with other cats, small dogs, and children. Although Garfunkel can be a bit shy to start, he will quickly warm up to a new home. Simon is loving, affectionate, and happy to be wherever he is.

This is also the time of year that many cats can go missing. Here are some tips to keep your pets safe this spring:
Prevent:
- Keep indoor cats away from exits of the home.
- Make sure window screens and doors are properly secured.
- Have a close eye on cat(s) before you leave the home.
In case your cat goes missing:
- Slightly open a door or window that the cat escaped from.
- Alert neighbors and surrounding community.
- Put food outside near entrances to home.
- Place cameras outside especially for after dark hours.
- Post fliers in public places and on social media.
