Jared Goff threw for 258 yards and a trio of touchdowns, including one to rookie Isaac TeSlaa.
Amik Robertson, Alex Anzalone and Kerby Joseph each snagged an interception.
Detroit faces another road test next week as they visit the Kansas City Chiefs.
