MOUNT PLEASANT- Central Michigan University announced the addition of five athletes and one team into its Marcy Weston Athletics Hall of Fame on Tuesday.
The class features:
The 1977 baseball team which became the first CMU team to win the MAC championship and set 17 program records.
Crystal Bradford, a basketball player from 2012-2015 who is top 10 in program history in 23 statistical categories and became the highest MAC player drafted ever in any sport, going 7th overall to the LA Sparks.
Titus Davis, a football player from 2011-2014 who is CMU’s career leader in touchdown receptions and receiving yards, and its season leader in touchdown receptions.
Stephanie Martin, a soccer player from 2006-2009 that holds six program records for season goals, assists, and points. She led the Chippewas to their first MAC regular season and tournament championships in addition to their first NCAA Tournament bid in 2009.
Greg Pilling, a track and field athlete from 2006-2010 that holds the program record for his discus throw of 197 feet, 2 inches, along with garnering a plethora of awards during his career.
Scotti Sentes, a wrestler from 2008-2013 who racked up over 100 wins and was the first true freshman in program history to earn All-America honors. He now serves as the head wrestling coach at Campbell University.
The 2025 class will be inducted during a ceremony on Friday, September 26th, at 6 p.m. in the Kulhavi Events Center and will be honored at halftime of the CMU against Eastern Michigan game the following day.
