LSSU holds watch party for elite 8 game against DBU

SAULT STE. MARIE - the Lake Superior State Lakers were in the elite 8 for the first time in school history on Tuesday, taking on DBU. The Lakers fell to DBU, but fans young and old gathered in the Cisler center and cheered on their squad. There was a cash bar and complimentary food provided, by multiple organizations at the University.

“It was a full-house, and I got to talk to a couple of students and kind of reminisced about my days here and so it was a really good gathering. I really appreciate LSSU hosting this. Ya know, they made us proud today,” said one LSSU alum.
