Prior to the game 9&10 spoke with Central head coach Chris Givens.

“Well, I think it’s always good for the kids to be, part of something that’s bigger than themselves and certainly bigger than hockey. I mean,

mean, I think I remember correctly from last year that it was one of the, the single biggest donation nights for Student Support Network.

monetary donations and, the supplies and things that the Student Support Network provides for them, I think the biggest thing is that it they provide hope” (Givens).

During the game West would jump out to an early lead off two power play chances, and would go on to win 3-2.
