The event will also include a Race to Talent Celebration recognizing recently completed apprentices and the employers who support them.

Registered Apprenticeship remains a workforce solution in Michigan, with employers seeing an average return on investment of $1.47 for every $1 invested. Nearly 90% of graduates remain employed with their sponsor a year after completion.

Apprenticeship opportunities are growing across Northeast Michigan in fields including health care, advanced manufacturing, information technology and nontraditional industries such as professional brewing and graphic design.
