GLADWIN — MyMichigan Health Park Gladwin completed phase one of a 9,000-square-foot expansion project on Feb. 19, 2026. The project added 20 new exam rooms and 16 new offices to the facility to increase patient capacity and accommodate more primary care providers.
The expansion is designed to improve patient experience and ensure timely access to medical services as the community grows. As a patient-centered medical home, the facility provides preventive care, management of chronic conditions and coordinated appointments with medical specialists.
The 9,000-square-foot expansion also included a new staff lounge and supporting work areas. These additions are part of a multi-phase effort to modernize the facility located at 1105 E. Cedar Avenue.
Ray Stover serves as the president of MyMichigan Medical Centers in Gladwin and West Branch. Stover stated that the layout of the health park was developed specifically to allow for future changes in local medical requirements.
“We intentionally designed our Health Park in Gladwin with future growth in mind, ensuring we could expand as our community’s needs evolve,” Stover said. “This project carries that vision forward by increasing our capacity to serve, reflecting the strong trust and confidence our community places in us for their care.”
The facility currently hosts a family medicine team consisting of eight providers. In addition to primary care, the park offers occupational health services, a laboratory draw station, X-ray imaging, mental health services and diabetes services.
Two board-certified family nurse practitioners, Jessica Faber and Jeanette Smith, are currently accepting new patients at the Gladwin practice. Faber earned her Master of Science degree from Saginaw Valley State University and has been practicing family medicine since 2021.
Smith has practiced family medicine since 2018. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Ferris State University before earning a Master of Science degree from Purdue University Global in Indianapolis.
MyMichigan Urgent Care Gladwin provides walk-in care for minor injuries and illnesses, including sprains, fractures, infections, minor burns and rashes. The urgent care office is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Phase two of the expansion, which includes upgrades to the business office and front lobby, is expected to be completed by the end of February 2026.
