TRAVERSE CITY — Norte Youth Cycling, a Northern Michigan nonprofit, has opened registration for its upcoming spring and summer programs. The programs are available for children and students ranging from age 2 to 12th grade
The organization is also seeking volunteers to help facilitate the seasonal activities. Opportunities are available for community members from various age groups and backgrounds.
