BELLAIRE — Antrim County’s Help From My Friends’ Pet Crisis Center is hosting a fundraiser.
The nonprofit, which has served the county for 24 years, is currently caring for more than 40 cats and nine dogs during an ongoing overpopulation crisis.
The “Pups, Purrs, and Pasta” cook-off happens March 1st from 4 to 7 p.m. at Overlook at The Chief.

Guests can sample pasta from local restaurants and vote for their favorite dish.
Proceeds will help provide food, medical care, and future low-cost spay and neuter services for animals in need.
