WEXFORD COUNTY — A pretrial hearing has been set for Richard Falor, the fiancé of Rebecca Park, according to Wexford County Court updates.
Falor was bonded out on Friday, Jan. 2 following a stint in jail after receiving charges stemming from an alleged altercation in December when troopers were dispatched to a residence after a reported physical altercation with a 21-year-old male.
Following his arrest, Falor was lodged in Wexford County Jail.
Falor was initially arraigned Dec. 18 on one count of domestic violence. Falor’s bond was $25,000, and he put down 10% prior to being released.
As of Jan. 5 updates from the court, Falor’s pretrial hearing date will take place at 9 a.m. Jan. 9 at the Wexford County 28th Circuit Court at 437 E. Division St., Cadillac.
