MICHIGAN — Gas prices in Michigan have seen a recent uptick, with drivers now paying an average of $2.81 per gallon for regular unleaded, according to AAA-The Auto Club Group.
Despite the eight-cent increase from last week, prices remain lower than both last month and last year, offering some relief to holiday travelers.
The most and least expensive areas vary across the state, with Jackson and Ann Arbor posting the highest prices, while Traverse City and Marquette offer the most affordable rates.
