

WEXFORD COUNTY — The three suspects charged in the homicide of Rebecca Park will appear at upcoming probable cause hearings in January.
Per Wexford County 84th District Court records, Cortney and Bradly Bartholomew have scheduled probable cause hearings set for 10:30 a.m. Jan. 13, 2025.
The two are charged in connection with the homicide of Rebecca Park. Charges include homicide, torture and conspiracy — among others.
Kimberly Park, Rebecca’s biological sister, is also scheduled to appear for a probable cause hearing at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 14.
Kimberly was initially arraigned on charges of lying to police during a violent crime investigation, tampering with evidence and falsely reporting a felony.
The felony complaint stated she provided misleading information and later filed a false claim accusing a detective of assault.
All three hearings will take place at Wexford County, 84th District Court, located at 437 E. Division St. in Cadillac.
