It has been one of several postponements in the murder investigation of Rebecca Park.

Kimberly, Rebecca’s sister, was arraigned on charges of lying to police during a violent crime investigation, tampering with evidence and falsely reporting a felony. The felony complaint stated she provided misleading information and later filed a false claim.

On Dec. 9, the court postponed appearances of Rebecca’s biological mother, Cortney Bartholomew and her husband Bradly Bartholomew to Jan. 13.

They face several charges in the case, including first-degree murder, felony murder, torture, unlawful imprisonment and removing dead bodies without a medical examiner’s permission.
