CADILLAC — Bond for two defendants connected with Rebecca Park was reduced this week in district court, while upcoming hearings were scheduled for all four defendants.
According to court records, Richard Falor was released after his bond was reduced from $1 million to $5,000 cash surety.
He posted bail through Christine’s Bail Bond. None of Falor’s charges were changed or dismissed. His preliminary examination is set for 2 p.m. Dec. 9.
Bond for Kimberly Park was reduced from $750,000 to $5,000 cash surety. None of her charges were dropped. Her next court date is a probable cause conference at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 9.
The charges against Falor and Park have not been directly related to the Park homicide case.
Two additional defendants whose charges have been directly connected to the murder case, Cortney and Bradly Bartholomew, also have probable cause conferences scheduled. Both hearings are set for 10:30 a.m. Dec. 9.
