MANISTEE — The Manistee City Council postponed a decision on a conditional rezoning agreement for the Armory Youth Project Monday night.
Project officials asked for more time to review proposed changes.
The council also welcomed its newest firefighter, Joe Wozniak.
Members approved an access agreement with Dow Chemical, allowing for environmental work on land the city bought from Morton Salt.
