VERGENNES TOWNSHIP- A small aircraft crashed into a storage facility in Vergennes Township, resulting in the death of two occupants, Kevin Lawrence and Paul Schalk.
The aircraft was en route to the Grand Rapids area from Alpena, Michigan. The Kent County Sheriff’s Office, FAA, and NTSB are investigating the cause of the crash.
