ROSCOMMON — Ten local leaders representing nonprofit, business, tribal, and government sectors have graduated from the year-long Leadership Learning Lab, a professional development program aimed at building stronger organizations and communities in Northern Michigan.
The final session and graduation celebration took place at Roscommon United Methodist Church, hosted by the Roscommon County Community Foundation. A group photo was taken with eight of the 10 graduates.

The Leadership Learning Lab is an intensive 10-month program that focuses on strengthening adaptive, resilient, and collaborative leadership. Participants meet monthly and engage in peer support, resource sharing, and skill-building activities.
Topics include communication, conflict resolution, time management, fund development, board engagement and mission-driven storytelling.
Open to leaders at any career stage, the program helps participants leave with practical tools, a refreshed sense of purpose, and a peer network.
The Roscommon County Community Foundation supports and hosts local participants as part of its mission to foster leadership and innovation.
The program is a regional collaboration made possible with support from the Otsego Community Foundation, the Community Foundation for Northeast Michigan, and Rotary Charities of Traverse City.
