TRAVERSE CITY — Summer is here—which means it’s time for those fun outdoor activities in northern Michigan
MT. Holiday in Traverse City has continued to make sure they have year round recreation for the public.
One of those being their zip-line that just opened back up this past weekend. They’re spreading the word that just because there’s no snow on the ground, you can still make your way out to support the community non-profit.
“We want people to know that Mt. Holiday, we’re four seasons,” says Mt. Holiday Program Director Chris Remy. “We have stuff going on all year. And as we kind of grow the business, we’re having more and more stuff are bringing more things into summertime. [June 20th], we’re going to have our Summer Solstice Party. We’ll have a slip and slide, well as a zip line going on this weekend. We’re just trying to have something going on every weekend for everybody in Traverse City.”
