GLADWIN COUNTY — On April 19, deputies from the Gladwin County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence in Gladwin Township, leading to the arrest of two men.
According to an April 22 news release, on April 19, deputies from the Gladwin County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on a Gladwin Township residence. During the execution of the search warrant, officers recovered approximately 50 grams of crystal meth, drug paraphernalia, and a rifle.

Deputies made two arrests during the execution of the search warrant.
Arrest #1 Michael Paul Loniecki, a 42-year-old Gladwin man, was arrested and lodged in the Gladwin County Jail. Michael was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and felon in possession of a firearm. He was later arraigned in the 80th District Court for Gladwin, where bond was set at $50,000.00 cash or surety.
Arrest #2 Brandon Charles Loniecki, a 38-year-old Gladwin man, was arrested and lodged in the Gladwin County Jail. Brandon was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of ammunition by a felon, and habitual offender. Brandon was later arraigned in the 80th District Court for Gladwin and bond was set at $50,000.00 cash or surety.

The Gladwin County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by officers from the Gladwin Police Department.
