FRANKFORT — A major accolade for Munson Healthcare Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital in Frankfort.
They received the 2024 Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award from Press Ganey, a global leader in healthcare experience services.
This is the hospital’s second consecutive year receiving this recognition. It sets them in the country’s top 5% of healthcare providers.
“So this is something that they strive for,” Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital COO and CNO Kristi Johnson said. “Our hospital takes a lot of pride in making sure that they’re giving the best to our community. It’s really a culmination of all the work, the hard work that they put in. We look at our stats monthly, so we know throughout the year that we’re doing a really good job. But when you actually hear that we got this big national award. It’s just a great thing.”
Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital is a level four trauma center, with 6,000 patients in their emergency department every year.
