But where people often stumble is not when setting goals, but maintaining them particularly when life gets a bit chaotic.

So how to do you keep the motivation and momentum going? By remembering why you set those goals in the first place. Are you exercising so you can keep up with your kids on the soccer field? Maybe starting a diet to help with your high cholesterol? Recalling what pushed you to make these changes in the first place and giving yourself some grace when you have a stumble of critical to maintaining lifestyle changes.
