Konczak ‘s plan is to reintroduce the Hot ‘n Now fast-food model, a drive-through eatery known for burgers, fries, and fountain drinks.

The revived locations will feature a streamlined menu echoing the original setup, to keep costs low and appeal to budget-conscious individuals and busy customers, providing a quick and economical fast-food choice.

Hot ‘n Now was founded in Kalamazoo in 1984 by William Van Domelen. The franchise has swapped ownership several times, eventually going into bankruptcy in 2004 after changes to operations and management.

The only currently operational Hot ‘n Now establishment in Michigan is located in Sturgis.
