TRAVERSE CITY — Traverse City Restaurant Week returns from Feb. 23 to March 1 for its fifteenth year.
Hosted by the Downtown Traverse City Association the annual event invites diners to enjoy multiple-course prix fixe menus at $25, $35 or $45 per person.
Nearly 50 participating restaurants will highlight Northern Michigan’s renowned seasonal ingredients, chefs, and rich agricultural heritage. Menus range from farm-to-table to comfort food to global cuisine, with many dishes crafted exclusively for TCRW.
“Traverse City Restaurant Week is more than enjoying a meal – it’s a reflection of our region’s character,” Director of Events & Engagement for the Traverse City DDA Sara Klebb said . “This event brings together the best of what makes our area special: talented chefs, inventive menus, and a close-knit community.”
A free digital passport, provided by Traverse City Tourism, offers a convenient way to explore the week’s offerings.
Available at downtowntc.com, the passport includes locations, menus, and check-in features to enter prize drawings, including gift certificates and local experiences. Winter in Traverse City offers a quiet charm that pairs perfectly with this culinary celebration.
“This time of year is perfect for visiting downtown,” Klebba said. “It’s a nice combination of a relaxed schedule in a highly walkable community. You can really get to know the area on a deeper level: meet the neighbors and the merchants, try a new activity, linger over coffee. Exploration is the theme.”
