We are a couple of weeks into 2025, and many New Year’s resolutions are falling to the wayside as the holidays end and “real life” comes calling. So how does someone who is motivated to change stick with their goals when we find ourselves in an increasingly chaotic world?
Start small and simple
One of the biggest mistakes goal-setters make is biting off a bit more than they can chew. Then one day life gets hectic so they will skip their new habit, creating guilt that leaves the experience no longer joyful. So keep your goals manageable and only focus on small changes.
As you develop good habits, add in more changes, and before you know it, the new you will begin to shine!
