GLADWIN COUNTY - In the early morning hours of Saturday, Jan. 11, deputies from the Gladwin County Sheriff’s Office were sent to the Sugar Springs area for a complaint of a vehicle being stolen.
Through the course of the investigation, it was determined numerous vehicles and possibly some homes had been entered and robbed, deputies said.
If you discover your vehicle or residence has been entered, please contact Gladwin County Central Dispatch, (989) 426-9284. Please have a detailed list of your missing items prepared for the deputies when they arrive to speak with you.
At this time, it is believed these thefts were committed by a single perpetrator and there is no immediate danger to the community, deputies said.
Anyone with security cameras that may have captured images or video footage of the suspect are also encouraged to contact central dispatch.
