On Oct. 5, troopers conducted a traffic stop on Sanborn Road in Forest Township around 9:45 p.m.
MSP said the front seat passenger, 40-year-old Brendon David Wilson from Lake City, was found to have a double-edge knife in his boot. Wilson was on parole.
He was arrested and lodged in the Missaukee County Jail. Wilson was arraigned in the 84th District Court in Missaukee County on one count Carrying Concealed Weapon, and Habitual Offender Fourth.
He was given a PR bond. His next scheduled court appearance is on Oct. 17. Troopers were assisted by deputies from the Missaukee County Sheriff’s Office.
