KANSAS CITY — The Detroit Lions managed just seven second-half points on their way to a 30-17 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
Detroit had an opening drive touchdown called back on a penalty and a key drop by Amon-Ra St. Brown on 4th down later in the first half both proved to be costly.
Quarterback Jared Goff threw for 203 yards, including two touchdowns and Jameson Williams led the team in receiving with 66 yards on six catches, including a touchdown.
