TRAVERSE CITY- The Traverse City Central football team has not finished with a winning record since the 2021 season, when they advanced all the way to the state championship game.
Head coach Eric Schugars says that’s not up to the standard, and he has a veteran group this year that’s been hard at work to end that streak. They’ll begin the season with a tough test of two road games in a row, but say the challenge can’t come soon enough.
The Trojans begin their season at Novi High School on August 28th.
