BRIMLEY- The Brimley Bays ended up above the 500-mark last year at 5-4 but were unable to sneak into the playoffs. This year, Brimley welcomes in a new coach, but he’s been around before.
Tim Wilson will lead the blue and white this season. Wilson coached the Bays over two decades ago. Despite having that 5-4 record last year, that was the first time the Bays had a winning record in 8-man.
Wilson says he has a solid crew returning, including Cooper Jones and Gus Vonseggern, two key players who will share responsibility at quarterback.
Brimley looks to make it back-to-back years with opening wins against St. Ignace to start the season on the 28th.
