MCBAIN - The Gaylord St. Mary Snowbirds beat the Mio Thunderbolts 50-48 in the regional semifinal. The game came down to the final seconds with the Snowbirds getting a big steal to end it. Mia Mcgregor had 36 points for Mio.
Gaylord St. Mary will play Frankfort on Wednesday for a spot in the quarterfinal.
