Ferris State looks to keep win streak going after beating Grand Valley State

BIG RAPIDS - The Ferris State Bulldogs football team is looking to get their eighth win in a row on Saturday as they’ll take on Northern Michigan in the Superior Dome.

The Bulldogs are coming off a big win in the Anchor-Bone Classic, beating Grand Valley State on the road, 34-7. The Bulldog defense forced three turnovers and QB Trinidad Chambliss rushed for 122 yards and three touchdowns in what was a complete team effort.

“Just proud of how everybody plays so hard on this team. It’s like, man, we go there, it doesn’t matter that we’re in an unfriendly confines. We just stay focused on what we need to do to be good,” said Ferris State head coach Tony Annese.
