MOUNT PLEASANT - The Central Michigan Chippewas are still looking for their first road win of the season and this Saturday they’ll take on Miami (OH) on the road. The Chippewas are coming off of very tough back-to-back losses, losing their past 2 games by a combined 6 points. The two teams haven’t played since 2021, but the RedHawks have won the past 4 meetings. The Chippewas come in a 3-4 overall and 1-2 in the MAC, Miami (OH) come in at 4-3 overall and 2-1 in the MAC.
“It comes down to, really not focusing on the negative, because when you do that, you know, then it becomes an ever-evolving cycle. And really to go focus yourself on the positives and you can go make that happen,” said CMU head coach Jim McElwain.
Kickoff is scheduled for 2 p.m.
