Mancelona Tops Manistique by 24 in District Opener

MANCELONA – Mancelona opened its postseason stay with a 36-12 win over Manistique in a Division 7 district opener Friday.

The Ironmen (3-4) took an 8-0 lead to the second quarter.

Mancelona will now face Charlevoix in a district semifinal next week. The Rayders handed Roscommon a 58-6 loss on Friday.
