
TRAVERSE CITY — Michigan State Police troopers from the Traverse City Post stopped a vehicle for a moving violation on W. Airport Road near Linden Avenue in Garfield Township at 4:20 p.m. March 12.
According to the MSP, the driver, 48-year-old April Grose of Traverse City, was found in possession of methamphetamine.
Investigators later executed multiple search warrants that resulted in the seizure of more than half a pound of suspected methamphetamine and 4 grams of heroin.

Two other suspects were identified as Gary Gustafson, 62, of Grawn, and Hope Sowers, 54, of Fife Lake.
Grose was arraigned March 17 in the 86th District Court in Grand Traverse County on one count of possession of methamphetamine. Gustafson and Sowers were arraigned March 17 on one count of delivery or manufacture of methamphetamine.
The trio is scheduled for a court appearance at 2 p.m. March 31 in Grand Traverse County.
Troopers were assisted by the Seventh District Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division and the Michigan Department of Corrections.
