BAY MILLS — Part of the roof at Sacy’s Restaurant within Bay Mills Resort and Casino collapsed this afternoon, prompting an evacuation of the restaurant and gaming floor.
Tribal Chair Whitney Gravelle said preliminary observations indicated the collapse may be related to broken roof trusses. The call came into dispatch around 2:20pm for the collapse.
A natural gas line was ruptured due to the collapse, Gravelle said.

No injuries were reported, according to Gravelle.
Bay Mills fire, emergency medical services, police and Detroit Edison responded.
Sacy’s will be closed until further notice. All other casino operations, including the resort, remain open.
