SAULT STE. MARIE — The Sault Area Art Center is calling on Great Lakes artists to submit work for its upcoming “Oddities Show,” a juried exhibition exploring strange and peculiar themes.
The show will run from March through April and is open to visual artists, sculptors, and photographers working in a wide range of media.
Organizers said the exhibit invites artists to shine a light on the odd, quirky, and unexpected elements that live in both everyday life and the imagination.

Cash awards totaling $1400 will be presented, including a $500 Best of Show prize.
The deadline to apply is January 31st, and artists can submit entries through the Sault Area Art Center website.
