In what might be the year of the gingerbread, I tried my hand with this festive adventure to create a garland using tan felt and a variety of crafting supplies. Armed with scissors, twine, and puffy paint, I set out to decorate cut-out letters, envisioning them adorned with frosting-like embellishments. However, the puffy paint proved to be a tricky medium, leading to a humorous struggle with its unruly consistency. I pivoted and switched to a white paint pen, finding it much easier to manage, and let the letters dry overnight. With the letters ready, I hot glued them to twine, completing my charming garland just in time for Christmas.
