WEXFORD COUNTY — Richard Falor, the fiancé of Rebecca Park, has a pretrial hearing set following an incident resulting in domestic violence charges.
According to Wexford County Court records, Falor’s pretrial hearing has been scheduled for 9 a.m. Jan. 9, 2026 at Wexford County 28th Circuit Court at 437 E. Division St. in Cadillac.
According to Michigan State Police, he was initially arraigned Dec. 18 on one count of domestic violence, with his bond reduced from $1 million to $5,000 cash surety.
The incident involving Falor occurred when troopers were dispatched to a residence after a reported physical altercation with a 21-year-old male. Following his arrest, Falor was lodged in Wexford County Jail.
