WEXFORD COUNTY — The probable cause court appearance for Kimberly Park, scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Dec. 16, has been moved to 10:30 a.m. Dec. 23, according to the Wexford County District Court.

It has been one of several postponements in the murder investigation of Rebecca Park.

Kimberly, Rebecca’s sister, was arraigned on charges of lying to police during a violent crime investigation, tampering with evidence and falsely reporting a felony. The felony complaint stated she provided misleading information and later filed a false claim.
