Rebecca Park’s fiancé, sister released from jail on bond

WEXFORD COUNTY — Richard Lee Falor and Kimberly Sue Park have been released from Wexford County Jail custody on bond.

According to court records, Falor was arrested soon after the body of his fianceé, Rebecca Park, was found in the Manistee National Forest on Nov. 25 after a three-week search.

Falor was arraigned Nov. 26 on charges unrelated to the Rebecca Park case. He faces drug charges, including delivering or manufacturing methamphetamine and habitual offender-fourth offense.

Kimberly Park, Rebecca’s sister, was arraigned on charges of lying to police during a violent crime investigation, tampering with evidence and falsely reporting a felony. The felony complaint stated she provided misleading information and later filed a false claim accusing a detective of assault.

Rebecca Park’s biological mother Cortney Bartholomew and her husband Bradly Bartholomew were arraigned in Wexford County’s 84th District Court on several charges including first-degree murder, felony murder, torture and assault on a pregnant individual intentionally causing miscarriage/stillbirth.

Rebecca Park was 38 weeks pregnant when she was reported missing Nov. 3.
