Sister of Rebecca Park charged with tampering and false reporting

WEXFORD COUNTY — Charges have been brought against Kimberly Park and Richard Falor, two individuals connected to the family of Rebecca Park, who was recently found dead after 21 days missing from Wexford County.

During a Nov. 26 arraignment at the Wexford County Courthouse, Kimberly Park, Rebecca’s sister, was charged with one count of tampering with evidence, one count of filing a false report of a felony and one count of lying to a peace officer.

Park’s bond has been set at $750,000.

As of the Nov. 26 arraignment, Kimberly Park’s charges have not been directly connected to the Rebecca Park homicide case.

Richard Falor has been arraigned and put on $1,000,000 bond. His charges include two counts of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance and a fourth offense notice as a habitual offender.

As of the Nov. 26 arraignment, Falor’s charges have not been directly connected to the Rebecca Park homicide case.
