WEXFORD COUNTY — The Wexford County Sheriff’s Office said its investigation into the disappearance of 22-year-old Rebecca Park continues, more than a week after she was last seen in Boon Township.
Per a Nov. 12 news release from the sheriff’s office, Park is approximately 39 weeks pregnant and was last seen around 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 4 getting into the passenger side of a dark-colored vehicle outside a relative’s home on South 21½ Road.
A $12,000 reward is now being offered for any information or a direct location regarding Park’s whereabouts.

According to the sheriff’s office, Park told a witness she had arranged to be picked up but did not identify who was coming for her.
Deputies said her cell phone was later found on a two-track near the home where she was last seen. No additional evidence has been located despite extensive search efforts involving 36 personnel from Wexford County Search and Rescue, Christian Aid Ministries Search and Rescue, five K-9 teams, and a drone operated by county emergency management.
The sheriff’s office said tips from the public have generated several leads, which investigators are continuing to follow up on. Park’s financial accounts have shown no activity since she went missing, though she reportedly had $2,000 in cash at the time, which authorities said could make her movements more difficult to trace.
Investigators are analyzing Park’s recovered phone and have searched local hospitals without success. A private citizen has offered a reward for information about her whereabouts, and officials are working to coordinate the effort with the Cadillac Area Silent Observer program to help manage the volume of calls.
Additional searches and electronic record reviews are ongoing with help from several agencies, including the Michigan State Police, Grand Traverse County Sheriff’s Office, Kent County Sheriff’s Office, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Middletown Police Department, and Wexford County Emergency Management.
The sheriff’s office also shared a direct message to Park, stating that she is not in trouble and that law enforcement’s goal is only to verify her safety and offer assistance.
“Rebecca, the Sheriff’s Office and people close to you are concerned about your well-being,” the message read. “Based on statements made by people close to you, it is possible that you are scared or hiding for reasons known only by you. We assure you that you aren’t in any trouble. We have no reason to deprive you of any freedom that you already have. Furthermore, you are an adult, we are only obligated to report that we have contacted you, and possibly your baby, and offer aid to you with whatever needs you may have. We are under no obligation to notify anyone of your whereabouts. If you see this message, please reach out to our office directly, or any police, fire or emergency medical services in the area you may be and let them know who you are and why you need their help.”
Anyone with information about Rebecca Park’s location is urged to contact the Wexford County Sheriff’s Office or their nearest police department.
