PRESQUE ISLE COUNTY — A months-long investigation led by the Presque Isle County Sheriff’s Department resulted in the recovery of two stolen vehicles valued at more than $30,000 during a search in Allis Township.

Per an Oct. 27 news release, deputies executed a search warrant Oct. 22 for stolen property at an address in Allis Township, where they recovered a tractor worth about $20,000 that had been reported stolen in July from the same township.

Investigators also located a dual-axle dump trailer valued at roughly $14,000 that had been reported stolen from Memphis in February.
