KALKASKA — Michigan State Police from the Houghton Lake Post are investigating a recent break-in at a Kalkaska County business and are asking for the public’s help identifying the suspect.

The incident occurred around 1:36 p.m. June 14 at Wilhelm Landscapes, located at 1757 M-72 in Kalkaska, according to surveillance footage provided by the business. A trooper responded the following day after the break-in was reported.
MSP said the suspect is a white male who was wearing a white tank top and driving a white Kia Sorento with an unknown license plate.

Photographs of the suspect and vehicle were obtained from the security footage and are being used in the investigation.
