CADILLAC —A Vestaburg man who threatened Cadillac city officials and their family has entered a plea and found out his sentence Wednesday in a Wexford County courtroom.

26 year old which, pleaded no contest to four charges, including using a computer to commit a crime and one count each of telecommunication malicious use for each person he’s accused of threatening.
A no-contest plea is not an admission of guilt but is treated as a guilty plea at sentencing.
Moore was sentenced to a year-receiving the maximum for all four counts he was charged with.
Moore is accused of threatening the former Cadillac Mayor Carla Filkins, city manager Marcus Peccia and his wife back in January, which resulted in a city council meeting being canceled over safety concerns. Moore was arrested in March.
