A new international study by Harvard university of 86,000 participants looked into the correlation between healthier aging and flavonoid consumption.
It found that high consumption was associated with a 15% lower risk of frailty and poor mental health.

Flavonoids are a class of plant pigment that are found in a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, flowers, and herbs. They are known for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
